Turning Creative Ideas into Collectible Reality
KOKE STUDIO exists to help independent artists bring their toy designs to life — from digital to physical to collectible. We celebrate imagination, craftsmanship, and community. We’ve got the tools, the talent, and the heart to make it happen.

3D Modeling Support
For artists without a 3D model or just a concept model, our in-house team can bring their design to life. We work closely with each artist to craft a digital sculpt that captures their unique vision — and prepare it for production.
We run several test prints during this stage — checking how parts snap, slot, or press-fit together, and making micro-adjustments so artists don't have to.
All of this ensures that by the time we start casting, the figure isn’t just printable — it’s clean, castable, and enjoyable to assemble.

Part Separation
We analyze the 3D model and break it down into logical, castable parts. This helps avoid:
- Undercuts or complex shapes that would trap in the mold
- Overly thick sections that waste resin or cause curing issues
- Support nightmare zones that would otherwise make clean casting a pain
Adding Connection Joints
Once the parts are separated, we design connection joints between them to ensure everything fits together beautifully after casting. That includes:
- Peg-and-socket joints or keyed shapes for easy assembly
- Placement optimized for hidden seams or logical part breaks (like armor plates or limbs)

Resin Production
Once the model is fully prepped, we produce short runs (35–200 units) of high-quality resin figures. Our molds are professionally made and pressure-cast, and each piece is cleaned, finished, and checked by hand. It’s artisanal production — scaled just right for independent creators.

Painting & Weathering
Want a finished figure that’s ready to show, shoot, or ship? We offer hand-painted prototypes and weathered finishes that highlight the sculpt and give the piece extra depth and life. Our painting styles range from clean & graphic to gritty & aged — all done with care and craft by artists who understand how toys should feel.
Whether it’s for display, photography, marketing, or personal collection, we can help make the first finished piece shine.

Custom Packaging & Protection
Every figure we produce gets thoughtful, custom-fit packaging — because presentation matters. We offer two levels:
- Standard Packaging: Durable thick-wall box with vacuum-sealed or clamshell-style plastic wrapping for safe, cost-effective shipping.
- Collector-Grade Packaging: Full-color printed box with custom die-cut foam interior — perfect for limited drops, display, or collector resale. This option is ideal for artists who want their figure to feel premium from unboxing to shelf.
